Neymar's father confirmed the issue of Manchester United for his bid. He even asserted that Barcelona had received the offer.

The captain of Brazil is often associated with United during the summer transfer window. However, Neymar remain at Camp Nou when the transfer window closed, and he was talking about brand-new contract with the Blaugrana.

Negotiating a new contract is reportedly deadlocked and father justify the issue of United in the middle of this hot situation.

"The offer is up to Barcelona and the club have contacted us, saying that they would not sell Neymar," he said on Fox Boa Tarde.

"They asked if we were interested, but not the point. Barcelona do not sell it, he still has three years on his contract."

"It is an offer of Manchester, but the offer has been no consideration. It has been a total failure," he said.
